Return Policy ; Within 7 days of date of purchase, customer may return a used engine or parts for exchange or store credit. Provided that the parts has not been installed and is returned in the same condition as received by the consumer to initiate a return.
Please contact a Ronda Used Auto Pars representative at 713-541-6800 to obtain a return authorization. Any return not authorized or arranged by Ronda Used Auto Parts in writing, will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges must be approved in writing by a representative of Ronda Used Auto parts. Additionally, Ronda Used Auto Parts is not responsible for any shipping costs for merchadise being returned!!

Refund Processing;

Refunds are normally processed within 24-48 business hours after our warehouse receives your part(s). Once the returned part(s) has/have been inspected and processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the item(s) you ordered.
